What is the deposit required for?

The deposit, a one-off payment of 2,000 euros guaranteed by a bank guarantee, is required to secure the device and guarantee its return. At the end of the contract, if you decide not to renew the rental and after the machine is returned, the deposit will be refunded.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Minimun contract duration is 1 years. After that, you can change your plan. Please contact our team to discuss your options and make the necessary changes to your contract.
