But... what is a 'beta tester'?
A beta tester is a user who tests a product before its official launch. The goal is to find and fix errors before the product is available to the general public.
Why is there a lottery type draw for the beta test program?
Well, basically because we are only going to have 1 machine for it.
How is the draw carried out?
Numbering of entries: Each of the entries of all customers will receive a unique number, starting from 1 to the last total number of entries.
Draw: Several random numbers will be drawn between 1 and the last entry number.
Winner: The first customer to have two of their entries matching the numbers drawn will be the winner of the draw.
How would it be with an example?
A client who signs a 3-year commitment with us, can carry out demonstrations for clients and lives 5 km from the reference point, has bought an extra participation, in addition to advertising on social networks, would have:
· Possibility of carrying out demonstrations: yes = 5 participations
· Years of commitment: 6 participations (3 years * 3 participations/year)
· Distance: 12 participations (17 - 5 km)
· Mandatory participation: 1 participation
· Extra participation: 1 participation
· Advertising on social networks: yes = 1 participation on Instagram
Total: 26 participations, cost of 1.100 euros
What happens if the winner does not want to be a beta tester?
The winner will have 24 hours to accept the position. If they do not accept, the draw will be repeated.

To get a chance to be one of our beta testers, we've created a lottery system based on merit and participation.
Here's how it works: How are entries calculated? Each customer will receive a number of entries that will determine their chances of winning. This number is calculated as follows:
If the client allows us to demonstrate our product to other clients, they will receive 5 entries. If they do not allow demonstrations, they will not receive any entries for this purpose.
For each additional year of commitment with our company (starting from the second year), the client will receive 3 additional entries.
1 entry will be subtracted for each kilometer of distance separating the client from the reference point: 41°22'46.6"N 2°03'14.7"E. The initial number of entries for this concept is 17.
All customers must purchase a mandatory participation for 100€ (non-refundable).
Maximum 2: one entry for each social media broadcast. Can be Instagram and/or X (Twitter).
An additional participation can be purchased for 1.000€ (non-refundable)
